Depending on the customer’s needs and the type of application, the control systems may be equipped with various operator panels (from simple text units to large color touch screens) or computer control centers for control and visualization of processes.

 

The control equipment layout we propose is always modern, reflects the highest quality and is tailored to the customer needs or to the machine to be controlled. Therefore, the solutions are reliable and perfectly fulfil their tasks. They are also cost-effective.

 

B&P Engineering focuses also on development, modification, refurbishment and reconstruction of the existing control systems of machines and equipment or the whole plants.

 

In our applications we use mainly S7 series 300 Siemens controllers in various configurations, depending on the size of the controlled plant and the number of measuring inputs.

 

For control visualization and influencing an engineering process we use the Protool, WinCC and WinCE-flexible software.

 

Visualization software is installed in various size panels between 6 and 21 inches or on PC computers.
