DESIGN & CONSTRUCTION OF MACHINERY

Our highly qualified specialists design and construct customized machines in 35.000 sq. m production halls. Our capabilities include construction of processing equipment used in the food, cosmetics and pharmaceutical industries. Among other things, evaporators, ultrafiltrations, CIP stations, pasteurization systems, filtration facilities, feeders and tube heat exchangers are tailored to individual customer requirements. As a competent partner, we can also provide required equipment control cabinets together with software and visualization in different languages. All equipment control programs are developed in our own software department.

PRODUCTION OF TANKS

We offer various types of tanks which are used in the food, chemical and pharmaceutical industries. Our specialists are at your disposal to advise on the choice of tanks to meet your needs. You will benefit from full consultation on the choice of material, shape and size of the tanks plus any associated equipment. We match tank construction to spatial conditions taking into consideration legal, technical and hygienic requirements. In consultation with clients, we develop an optimum viable solution with respect to maintenance and cleaning of the tank systems, so that running costs remain low and all hygiene requirements can be fulfilled. Our range includes storage and process tanks: aseptic tanks, mix tanks, insulated tanks with one-, two- and three- jackets and pressure tanks.

We also offer subcontracting services in the treatment of all types of steel. Our services include all mechanical treatments: turning, milling, cutting, bending, polishing, grinding, boring, rolling, glass bead blasting and welding: TIG welding 141 and MAG welding 135.
